Devonshire is delighted to be supporting an exciting global business as they look to appoint a Lead Generation (Business Development) Executive to their successful Sales & Marketing Team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, smart, self-motivated, and highly organized to work on a variety of marketing, sales and organizational activities - is this you?

As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will be working closely with and reporting to the Business Development Director, and be responsible for the execution and measurement of the business lead generation activities with a focus on three key areas:

- Ownership of generating new leads for the business
- Pre-qualifying and maximising the potential of each lead
- Converting leads into qualified appointments for the Business Development Director

**Salary**: £28,000 to £30,000 + OTE to £40,000

**Contract**: Permanent
