**Rapid Response Maintenance **is an exciting fast paced maintenance company which is expanding quickly. We have an exciting opportunity to join our well established company on the outskirts of Clacton as a **Maintenance Coordinator.**

This role involves building client relationships, working closely within a team to offer high levels of customer service to our clients. This includes entering jobs on our in house system, monitoring jobs from start to finish and communicating with engineers and clients on a daily basis.

Daily Duties to include the following:

- Building client relationships
- Use of our in house system and tracking system
- Raising new jobs on our in house system
- Taking responsibility of your own jobs from start to finish
- Ordering materials
- Quoting new jobs
- Updating clients every step of the job
- Booking appointments with tenants and customers
- Building relationships with our in house engineers
- Prioritizing and managing your own workload
- Must have Customer service experience in an office enviroment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of maintenance but not essential
- SOR code experience but not essential
- Must be available weekends
- Willing to put in overtime when required
- Social Housing experience but not essential
- Own Transport

This position is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 17:30pm and one weekend day per 4 week rota. You will be expected to work at least 1 day over the Christmas period

starting salary will be from £21,000 depending on experience

28 Days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays

Own transport is essential due to our office location.
