Void Surveyor

Job description

As a surveyor you will be expected to manage Planned and Void works to the successful completion within SLA'S and set targets.

Liaise with: Lead Surveyor and Contracts Manager

Responsible for: Engineers and subcontractors

Responsibilities:

· Pre and Post works Inspections

· Scope site visits (multiple from start to finish on jobs)

· Scoping of works to include survey reports, updates, variation orders, snagging, quotes or other reports as necessary

· Recording of accidents or incidents on IT system.

· Rams and Asbestos checks for all assigned properties

· Allocating permits where needed

· Leaving a Site Box

· Recording snagging and ensuring this gets completed ASAP allocating engineers to do this

· Final sign off works with client

· Liaise with maintenance coordinators

· As a surveyor you will attend sites for all assigned works, to confirm key stages are on track.

· To check quality of work are within acceptable guidelines, safe working practices and materials quality and availability.

· Ensure Scope of works is read and actionable (i.e. planned so anyone can allocate resources, order materials etc) ensure all works are returned within the SLA agreed timeframes.

Salary: Competitive

Pay: From £33,000.00 per year
