Role - Office Administrator position
Location - Brandon, Suffolk
Working hours - Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Capacity of role - Permanent position
Pay Rate - Between £11.00 - £11.25 per hour.
Our client who is an established business is currently recruiting for a Office Administrator to join their busy administration team.
Main duties will include
- Respond to incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Input of customer orders/quotes on our sales order software after checking that all details on the order are correct.
- Inform customers of any amendments needed to their orders.
- Take and pass on messages to management.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and happy working environment.
- Assist with filing of orders and other sales documents we keep filed.
- Take turns to make drinks for staff.
- Any other duties as required to meet the objectives of the company.
**Key skills**:
- Professional, friendly manner at all times
- Confident in use of Microsoft Excel and/or other software.
- Will be happy to learn new skills
- Will need own transport due to the location
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a small team
