DEPOT ADMINISTRATOR

David Watson Transport are a well established, market leading, FORS Gold accredited specialist haulage business with over 100 vehicles in our fleet, 160 employees and 7 depots across the country. We are one of the largest Specialist Transport companies in the UK and pride ourselves on continuing to set the standards for others to follow. We are currently looking to appoint a Depot Administrator to join our busy Brandon Depot.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator role that doesn’t come around very often. It is perfect for someone who is looking to really make a role their own.

You will be responsible for providing administration services for the whole depot, adhering to processes and procedures, and working closely alongside other colleagues at the depot.

**Depot Administrator duties will include**:

- Invoicing;
- Checking the planning board daily;
- Printing delivery tickets;
- Handling the post;
- Maintaining stock levels of stationery;
- Processing holiday requests;
- General filing and administration for the depot;
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

**Person specification**:

- Administration experience;
- Experience of working in a transport industry preferred;
- Comfortable working within a busy team environment;
- Confident telephone manner;
- Good organisational skills;
- A flexible approach to work;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

In return we are offering a salary of £22-24,000 per annum, plus 29 days’ holiday (inc. bank holidays), private medical health care and company pension plan.

Hours of work are 8am-5pm.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
