Davencroft is an independent British Cosmetics House producing specialist products that include candles, fine fragrance and remedy ranges. The company is experiencing significant expansion and we now have a new created opportunity in our Product Development department.

Product Administrator responsibilities include:

- Working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.
- You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedules and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have good time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
- Raising Costing spreadsheets, for each product range, products include Hand Washes, Candles and more. Maintaining costing sheets throughout the development process, from concept to postproduction. Monitor profit margins and report deviations to Project Manager.
- Assist project manager in obtaining supplier quotes and lead time details on new products, gather packaging and formulation prices and being proactive to update relevant costing sheets weekly and to keep wider team informed.
- Creating and maintaining forecast spreadsheets, data to be advised by sales. Quantities, value and profit margins.
- Attending new product development meetings, predominately supporting the project manager.
- Help keep minutes from meetings and chase through actions to assist the product development process.
- Assist project manager in following correct product development process and keeping projects tracking along agreed timeline.
- Create and upkeep Bills of Materials/product specification for all new products, this includes, product fill weight, name, bottle type, closure, prices, freight, minimum order quantities.
