My Client based in Birmingham a boutique finance house looking to recruit an Senior Office Co-ordinator for three days per week. This varied and bust role will be the key focal point for the office:
This role pays £30k pro rata.

The role will entail:

- You will be required to provide office based administrative support to the Finance and Treasury teams.
- You will also be responsible for greeting guests, setting up and clearing meeting rooms. - Personal Assistant duties: coordinating travel arrangements for each member of the office; holiday cover for the office directors’ PA; diary management
- You will purchase office supplies and deal with office contracts
- You will maintain statutory records, compliance tasks such as statutory filings given by the Company Secretarial department who are based in London.
- Working closely with the Treasury team, you will be responsible for compiling and inputting the weekly

Applicants will have previous office co-ordination and be happy in the offive 3 days per week.
