The successful applicant will be a highly skilled analyst, adept at identifying patterns in data, who enjoys working with operational colleagues to drive data-based decision making and has strong SQL/Power BI/R skills.
The Team Coordinator for the Business Intelligence Team is responsible for the overall delivery of high quality, timely and accurate data and information. This will involve leading and managing staff involved in corporate recording, business intelligence, clinical coding, data quality assurance and information management. The Team Coordinator for the Business Intelligence Team will support the Associate Director of Contracting and Business Intelligence in the development and delivery of strategic information requirements within both the corporate and clinical information arenas and deputise for them from time to time. The post holder will directly contribute to creating a high-performance environment at Team Level and directly influence this culture to cascade it throughout the team in line with the Trusts Vision and Values. They will be the point of contact for the team and support the Business Intelligence Officers in the delivery of their roles, directly when staff vacancies entail this.

- The post-holder will act as the Trust lead in their field
- To take the operational lead for the provision and reporting of relevant information requirements, both within the organisation and to external agencies
