**About the role**
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an **Business Support** **Administrator** to join our Living Places business unit to work in the **Sleaford Depot**.
**Role Purpose**
The Business Support Administrator will work in the Project team to maintain and operate the Project Office daily Admin, additional duties will be to assist the local managers, site agents and supervisors in a variety of tasks to ensure efficient delivery of business requirements.
**What you'll be doing**
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Process Purchase Requisitions;
- Obtain material quotes;
- Coordinate deliveries;
- Arrange and book Tarmac and Concrete deliveries;
- Arrange Skip exchanges/emptying;
- Code and send tickets to site support for processing;
- Collate and send Payroll Timesheets to site support;
- Maintaining holidays/sickness records;
- Complete Plant forms (on and off hire) and send to site support;
- Ensuring hired plant is monitored & reporting any defective plant;
- Working with suppliers to ensure welfare cabins are serviced weekly;
- Ensuring all necessary supplier inspections are undertaken & collated;
- Minutes of meetings/typing/photocopying/scanning;
- Any other administrative duties as required;
- Monitor and collate records of tool box talk and safety audit delivery.
**Who we're looking for**
The following qualities/experience are essential:
- Document Management in a Client facing technical project environment.
- Good understanding of document management systems.
- Working as part of a team and collaboratively with client and other stakeholder document controllers.
- Computer literate / Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Have the ability to produce and operate databases.
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and focus on the customers’ requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure when required in order to meet submission deadlines.
The following qualities/experience are desirable:
Worked on construction projects, preferably in the Civils environment.
