Join to apply for the Marketing Event Coordinator role at MRI Software As a Marketing Event Coordinator at MRI Software, you will be responsible for supporting event management across our extensive event schedule in the EMEA region and working as part of a wider marketing team to get to know our solutions and the sectors we serve. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Regional Event Manager on the delivery of our hosted events and industry event presence. You will need to be passionate about working with people and delivering memorable experiences, have great project management skills and have a creative flair to bring our brand to life. Events are an integral part of our marketing strategy; you will have a responsibility to support fellow marketing professionals in the EMEA team with meeting objectives set for each event. You will build close relationships with the suppliers and organisations we work with to deliver events. As well as event planning, on‑site presence at events will be required and you must be willing to work and travel to various locations. Responsibilities On‑site event management, you will physically attend events where you will be required to support or be responsible for the overall event logistics, including set up and ensuring all is running smoothly, being the essential point of contact for staff and suppliers. Hosted event planning including working with the marketing team to gather requirements, sourcing venues and liaising with venues and suppliers to make necessary arrangements. Industry event logistics support including managing completion of exhibitor forms, gathering information and deadlines from exhibitor manuals, briefing requirements to contractors and managing supplier and venue orders. Support with administrative tasks. From maintaining the events calendar, event project plans and budget documents to scheduling meetings and briefing in design requests for event branding. Maintain the MRI merchandise inventory, including managing stock levels and orders. Assist with follow up actions post event, including event debriefs and feedback capture. Enhancing our event experiences by researching new ideas and concepts we can adopt. Supporting with reviewing and gathering supplier proposals. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with fellow colleagues and key external suppliers and organisations we work closely with.
