**Position**:Stores and Kitting Coordinator

**Salary / Hours**:£22,000 - £25,000 a year / 40 Hour Monday to Friday

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Stores and Kitting Coordinator to join our Production team.

They will also be assisting and/or providing cover for goods in and despatch as required.

**Responsibilities**:
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and completeness of computerised stock records and carrying out physical stock checks.

Maintain and update computerised inventory systems with relevant information for stock receipts, issues and adjustments.

Maintain detailed computerised records of materials used and kits assembled for traceability and inventory purposes.

Label, categorize, and arrange inventory to facilitate easy retrieval and stock rotation.

Physically gather and organize all components required for production, based on provided kit lists or instructions and ensure timely delivery of kits to the production line.

Inspect components for defects or damage and ensure that all items meet the required quality standards before issuing to the production line.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records, monitor stock levels of kit components and report any shortages or discrepancies promptly.

Collaborate with other teams to achieve departmental goals and improve efficiency.

Liaise with Quality, Purchasing and Production departments regarding any issues.

**Requirements**:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory records and in kit assembly.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.

**Desirable requirements**:
Proven experience as a store person or in a similar warehouse/inventory management role is advantageous, although not essential.

Previous experience in kitting, assembly, or a related field is also advantageous.

The company manufactures rigid tube assemblies, tubular manifolds, flexi-rigid metallic, fabricated pipe and duct assemblies, conduits, and CNC machined components.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
