**Contract Length**: 6 Months + Extensions

**Day Rate**: €500-575 Per day depending on experience

**Location**: 100% Remote, but must be located Ireland and willing to travel to the office once a month

**About this Role**:
The PM's responsibility will be to coordinate and support the delivery of all projects across the Clients Managed Services division, working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that the portfolio of initiatives is alignedwith the division's strategic objectives and vision.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating resourcing and delivery with Internal and External stakeholders for multiple projects running concurrently to meet project deadlines.
- Taking a lead role in facilitating project workshops to understand and scope requirements and to clearly articulate the breadth and depth of our delivery capabilities.
- Preparation of key Project Documents, including Business Requirements Documents, Risks and Issues Logs and Project Plans. Map processes and document business rules to support project delivery as required.
- Delivery of timely and accurate reporting on projects to Senior Management.
- Managing relationships with client and project team(s) throughout the life cycle of the projects

**Qualifications/ Experience Needed**:

- A Project Management Qualification e.g., PMI certification or PMP is desirable.
- Proven track record of success as a Project Manager coupled with strong relationship building skills, including written, face-to-face, and remote.
- Have a thorough and practical understanding of project lifecycles and the delivery of parallel cross-functional projects.
- Strong experience with MS Office and in using various systems
- A background in Managed Services is an advantage
- The ability to excel under pressure and work towards deadlines
- Experience in the management of Internal and External Suppliers.
