**Job title**:Opportunities in HR - HR Business Partner/HR Associate

**Location**:Barrow-In-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

**Salary**: £35,000 - £50,000 dependant on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Providing advice to our function and programmes, working in collaboration with other HR Business Partners and Line Managers
- Supporting the deployment of people processes, covering areas such as Employee Relations, Talent Management, Resourcing, Performance Management, Early Careers, Learning and Development and Organisational Design and Development
- Providing operational advice on a variety of employment and performance issues and supporting business change initiatives based on business requirements
- Opportunity to support complex business activities
- Working in collaboration with the appropriate Centre of Expertise for the provision of expert advice on people policies

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:

- CIPD - working towards and/or qualified
- Previous HR experience

**Desirable**:

- CIPD Level 5/7
- Experience of working within a large, matrix organisation
