**Human Resources Administrator**

Working within a small but busy function, the post holder will be responsible for carrying out the administrative tasks which support the running of the HR function across the full employee life cycle.

Whilst elements of the role are ongoing throughout the year, such as supporting recruitment processes, organising and supporting new staff through their inductions, and arranging staff health checks, the role does also offer a lot of variety to be involved in ad hoc projects and initiatives throughout the year.

The post holder will have the opportunity to work across all areas of HR, offering the opportunity for someone who may already have experience of working in HR, but may equally be of interest to a strong administrator considering a career in HR for the first time.

The role includes lots of work with Microsoft office packages, particularly excel and inputting into our HR system (ITrent), so strong IT skills are required for this post and will be tested as part of the selection process.

If you would like to arrange an informal discussion with the relevant manager to discuss the role in more detail, please contact HR who will happily arrange this for you.
