Business Administrator

**SUMMARY**
**RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- **Oversee Daily Operations**: Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure smooth workflow within the office.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of business operations, including filing documents and managing databases.
- **Prepare Reports**: Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- **Coordinate Meetings**: Schedule and organise meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and managing financial records.
- **Support HR Functions**: Aid in onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and managing employee schedules.
- **Policy Implementation**: Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee office supplies, ordering and restocking as necessary.
- **Project Coordination**: Support project planning and execution by tracking timelines, resources, and deliverables.
**REQUIREMENTS**.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and practices.
