It’s an exciting time to join our Property team at Sainsbury’s. We’ve brought our facilities management function in-house and are having a group wide approach across our brands to ensure that the facilities within our corporate, retail and depot operations are led with a strategic lens to meet cost efficiencies and our Net Zero targets.

As a Project Coordinator you’ll be responsible for the data analytics and project management for the Non-Trading team. Through data you’ll be ensuring we are informed as a team to make the right business decisions from a strategic perspective. You’ll be overlaying all ongoing projects for the Non-Trading team in one format, ensuring everyone is updated on a weekly basis and holding the right teams to account for the project delivery. You’ll support the team where applicable on data and or analytics to make informed decisions and provide updates to stakeholders on a timely basis. You’ll be responsible for the output delivery on all projects with the team from a project management perspective, managing the structure of those projects and ensuring this is streamlined and in an easily readable format.

- Utilising the data and bring the trends to life on where we can make change and simplify processes and ways of working
- Review and be responsible to manage all projects in the Non-Trading team
- Overlay all projects, keep the momentum going and provide structure and a consistent approach to all projects within the team
- Provide updates to all relevant stakeholders set out as a need, to manage end to end based on all relevant projects and date outputs required
- Manage all the admin and reporting to the stakeholders as and when required to deliver the business need
- Accountable for tracking the Non-Trading cost base transformation program

**More about you**:

- Strong project management background
- Strong analytics background
- Experience and ability to work with multiple service providers and cross functional teams
- Ability to manage and motivate virtual teams
- Self-motivated, proactive and ability to prioritise
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability and confidence to communicate and influence all levels of stakeholders to include senior managers
- Strong influencing ability to be able to change behaviour and process within team’s routines where gaps / improvements are identified
- Good judgement, with ability to spot trends and issues to enable a better understanding of the scale and impact the issues could be having across the Sainsbury’s estate
