Join our team at UTILITY SOLUTIONS PROVIDER LTD in Coventry, West Midlands We are a leading provider of innovative utility solutions, committed to excellence in service delivery. With an increase in projects, we are seeking a skilled Utilities Project Coordinator/Estimator to join us.

As the Utilities Project Coordinator/Estimator, you will play a crucial role in managing and estimating various utility projects. Collaborating closely with project teams and clients, you will ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget, addressing the challenges that come with project expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate utility projects, fostering effective communication among stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed estimates and cost analyses for diverse utility projects.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to identify risks and opportunities.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates on key metrics.
- Assist in bid submissions and proposals for new projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in project coordination and estimating within the utilities sector.
- Proficiency in utility construction practices, methodologies, and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for multitasking.
- Familiarity with estimating software and project management tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing teamwork.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with meticulous attention to detail.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
