We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **River Health Project Coordinator** to join our Spills Programme. As a key player in our team, you will work alongside Programme and Project Managers to ensure the smooth operation of the entire programme. Your role will involve capturing, tracking, and presenting crucial information that enables our team members to perform their duties effectively. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**

The key accountabilities for the role are:
**Programme Support**:Create and update comprehensive programme documents and tools, including electronic Comm Cells, to streamline team operations and enhance efficiency.** **Ensure all programme documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to team members.

**Meeting Coordination**: Record detailed minutes at Comm Cells, Programme Boards, and project meetings, ensuring all risks, issues, actions, and dependencies are accurately documented and followed up. Distribute meeting minutes promptly to relevant stakeholders and track action items to ensure timely completion.

**Documentation Management**:Maintain detailed project notes and records, ensuring Teams Channels are properly utilised and consistently updated with the latest information. Organize and archive project documentation systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.

**Governance and Reporting**:Own and manage the Spills Programme Teams channel and other workspaces, ensuring they are well-organised and up-to-date.** **Produce detailed reports from the Solution Tracker BI dashboards for governance meetings, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.** **Prepare quality and performance feedback against key metrics to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

**Resource Management**:Monitor resources across the programme to ensure adequate coverage and support for all activities.** **Manage permissions and access requests to Solutions Tracker and other databases, ensuring data security and compliance with organisational policies.

**Communication**:Keep the team updated with current information, such as design documentation and commissioning plans, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned. Act as the primary point of contact for Spills site/asset change requests, facilitating clear and effective communication between stakeholders.

**Continuous Improvement**:Support the wider River Health Team as needed, identifying opportunities for improvement and challenging existing processes to enhance programme delivery.** **Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

You should have a solid background in project coordination or management, with proven experience in overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Your expertise in data analysis and presentation, particularly Power BI, will enable you to interpret complex data sets, spot quality issues and manage stakeholders to correct. Additionally, you should be skilled in performance reporting, capable of creating detailed reports that highlight key metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
