Blueprint Subsea is a small, dynamic electronics company located close to Ulverston, near the southern end of Lake Windermere, Cumbria.

Blueprint Subsea designs and manufactures a range of specialist acoustic subsea sensors including multibeam and sidescan sonars, position tracking, and navigation products. Our systems are sold globally into subsea, Search And Rescue and defence markets.

To add to our growing team, we are seeking to recruit a ‘Sales Administrator’ to work within the Sales Department, based at our Low Wood offices. This role will be a full-time position.
- Be highly motivated to work within a small team.
- Have excellent inter-personal communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have a clear and concise telephone manner.
- Be willing to learn about technical products and international subsea markets.
- Be computer literate especially with the Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
- Be capable of working independently with good resource and time management skills.
- Be able to use own initiative to prioritise and work efficiently.
- Answering external phone calls, directing, and transferring as required.
- Responding to sales enquiries for a given market in a timely manner.
- Preparing Sales Quotations and advising on product features and operation, seeking internal engineering support where necessary.
- Tracking sales pipeline progress with the CRM system.
- Processing Purchase Orders, and issuing Sales Orders.
- Providing excellent pre
- and post-sale customer support.
- Assisting with the development of the global Reseller and Distributor network.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and product demonstration, UK and abroad.
