Finance & Credit Control Administrator

Citrus-Lime is an exciting high-growth tech business providing a Cloud-based POS system to small and mid-sized retailers. We compete and win against large US-based tech giants. We are profitable and growing fast.

Our customers are retailers in the outdoor sector, from Cycle through to Equestrian. We’ve revolutionised the way the UK cycle retail works, and helped small companies compete and beat larger businesses. Now at the early stages of internationalisation, and having secured a solid customer base in Ireland, we are beginning to grow into mainland Europe and the USA.

We are looking to expand our Accounts team to include a Finance & Credit Control Administrator - one that is knowledgeable, skilled and demonstrably effective at B2B communications.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Raising and sending of sales ledger invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Expense Processing
- Invoice processing
- Successful management of credit control & debt collection
- Accounts administration

Essential:

- 1-4 years of previous finance and credit control experience essential
- Contract negotiations
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of SAGE
- Excellent communication skills
- Intelligent - GCSE (or equivalent education) in Maths and English
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Flexible, professional and team approach with the ability to manage own workload
- Strong work ethic

We are looking for somebody with previous finance & credit control experience who is looking to develop their career within a dynamic organisation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ulverston: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
