**Social Work Practice Mentor**
**MM1 £38,946 - £49,818**
**Permanent, part time (18 hours)**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Work Practice Mentor to join the Centre of Excellence. As Social Work Practice Mentor you will champion social work practice across all children services from entry to post qualification levels. You will support service improvement through quality assurance, learning and workforce development.
You will have experience of working as a Social Worker in children social care and have current Social Work England registration. You should be passionate about supporting social work practice and have some knowledge and understanding of the professional standards that underpin social work practice at a national level.
As Social Work Practice Mentor you will support the following programmes:
- The Assessed and Supported Year of Employment (ASYE), the professional development programme for newly qualified social workers in Children Social Care.
- Social work student placements and social work post qualifying programmes.
- The new Social Work Apprenticeship Degree programme
