At Pasquill we are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Administrator, helping to deliver a high level of customer service to our customer base at our Stoney Stanton site.
Pasquill is one of 30 Saint-Gobain brand’s. Pasquill specialises in supplying timber engineered products, being the UK's largest trussed rafter supplier.
**This role is available on a Temporary basis for an initial 6-month contract**
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating effectively with customers to ensure they are kept up to date
- Liaising with all key stakeholders to communicate any changes to the plan
- Resolving all queries and complaints promptly and effectively
- Ensuring future deliveries are on the production schedule within agreed timescales.
- Ensuring all elements of the stock system are adhered to daily
This is a key role for Stoney Stanton and the successful person must be able to demonstrate:
- Professional business and communication skills
- Strong planning, organising and prioritising skills
- The ability to respond quickly and effectively to situations
- A positive and flexible attitude
- Computer skills

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive person who enjoys working as part of a team, whilst also being able to manage your own workload. No previous experience is required. Just a desire to learn and have a passion to put the customer first.
