Satsecure is a successful distributor within the CCTV & Security Industry, with two branches based in Stockport and Leicester. Between these two branches we have over 30 years of experience within the industry. You’ll be joining our Leicester branch working with a very close-knit team to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our partners.

**Objective / Purpose of Job**
You’ll be performing the following tasks:
- First port of call for our trade counter, representing the company and building relationships with partners.
- Deal with customer issues, escalating when needed.
- Working with the Warehouse Manager to ensure stock is up-to-date.
- Working with the marketing team to create promotional displays.
- Providing a resource for the warehouse, overseeing stock control and receiving orders
- Offering expert advice, giving quotes and taking sales over the phone.
**Top 4 Focuses**
- Managing the customer experience at the trade counter
- Picking and packing orders at the warehouse - If required.
- Learning the products around you to provide expert advice at the trade counter and on the phone.
- Technical Support - To provide technical assistance to both internal and external customers.
**Experience & Knowledge**
**Essential**
- Excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and attention to detail will be required
- Must be physically able to deal with regular moving and lifting of sometimes bulky and relatively sized items
- Adaptable and flexible to an ever-changing work environment
- Customer service skills
- Self-starter, be able to work by themselves & part of a team with little supervision
- Has initiative, constantly looking for ways to improve current methods and processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
**Desirable**
- Any qualifications related to CCTV / Intruder and/or Electronics industry
- Industry experience
- Forklift license
