This is a new rolling temporary Payroll and Rewards Manager working for a global retail company in West London.

**Client Details**

My client is a growing retail company who are based in West London.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll and Rewards Manager to join their busy finance team on an interim basis with an opportunity to become permanent.

**Description**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist in administering payroll, benefits, compensation and general HR activities
- Take responsibility for full payroll cycle
- Be comfortable with payroll calculations for both tax and NI
- Process monthly payrolls and maintaining payroll records
- Day-to-day payroll responsibilities, handling queries and supporting the HR function
- Handle HMRC liaison, queries and submissions
- Support year end and tax end requirements and audit
- Produce regular management payroll reports

**Profile**

**To be considered for this Payroll and Rewards Manager role**:

- Two years within a similar payroll position ideally
- Experience processing UK, US and Asia payroll would be beneficial
- Demonstrable experience as Payroll Specialist in a commercially fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of Payroll procedures and policies
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs with intermediate to advanced level Excel skills.
- Strong organisational and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Cascade beneficial

**Job Offer**
- This position will pay £22-28 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.
- Temporary to permanent opportunity available.
- Hybrid working opportunity
