Role: Payroll & Reward Manager

**Salary**: £55k - £60k plus Bonus & Great Bens

Role
Brilliant Real Estate brand that is going through tremendous growth - You will be responsible for managing all benefits, reward and payroll activities across the business of approx. 550 employees. This role will be the point of contact for benefit providersensuring that benefits are benchmarked and promoted within the business.
Additionally responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time and that all necessary statutory obligations including reporting and payment of taxes and national insurance contributions etc. are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for ensuring all relevant employees are auto enrolled and receive the correct paperwork in relation to postponement and assessment.
- Carry out external benchmarking to ensure that remuneration and rewards are competitive.
- Leading on the annual salary review and bonus review process
- Work with the People Team to develop and administer a progressive Total Reward Strategy which aligns with business and people objectives.
- Administer the monthly in-house, end-to-end payroll ensuring timely and accurate submission of all monthly changes, including statutory deductions such as attachment of earnings orders.
- Oversee and manage all payrolls for.
- Work with the People team and managers to answer employee queries and resolve any payroll or benefit errors in a timely manner.
- Liaise with relevant members of the People team to ensure that any policy changes around pay and benefits have been effectively communicated.
- Manage the end of year reporting process including production and distribution of documents to employees, HMRC and submission of tax and NI payments to HMRC by the relevant deadlines.
- Manage the annual PAYE settlement agreement.
- Run the data for Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap with supporting comments
- Liaise with HMRC and Finance team to ensure that all payments of tax and NI are submitted in line with monthly and annual deadlines and that any HMRC queries are closed as a priority.
- Complete and produce regular and ad-hoc reports for Finance, managers and other external parties.
- Provide Director Remuneration data for Group to report on an annual basis.
- Complete any administrative tasks connected with benefits and payroll.
- Monitor and provide feedback to our third-party providers about any concerns in service and escalates any serious concerns to the People Director.
- Keep up to date with system improvements and upcoming payroll and reward legislation.
- Ad-hoc Payroll, Reward and People team projects

Essential:

- Experience in managing and administering an end-to-end payroll
- Experience in reporting payroll and benefit data for internal budgeting and reporting purposes
- Demonstrates a passion for customer service and a flexible approach to working supportively with others in the achievement of the overall Company goals
- Strong team working and interpersonal skills
- Possesses very strong attention to detail and methodical in approach
- Goal oriented, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Patient, responsive and demonstrates a positive attitude.
- Advanced Excel and Spreadsheet skills.
Desirable:

- CIPP or Reward qualification
- Previous use of Cintra would be an advantageDegree in Human Resources Management
- Previous experience of working reward and recognition platforms
