We are partnered with a global logistics organisations who are seeking an experienced, hands on and dynamic Payroll, Reward & Benefits Manager.
This role will report into the HR Manager and will oversee a Payroll & Benefits Advisor, ensuring the UK payroll is processed in a timely and efficient manner.
**Key responsibilities of the role include-**
- Oversee the UK Payroll & Benefits function with a remit across Europe for reward strategy, salary banding and annual reviews
- Prepare monthly pay cycle for all offices
- Year end activities
- Annual payroll audit
- Expat payroll
- Annual benefit & pension renewals
- Pay and bonus review process across UK & Europe
- Benchmarking, competitor analysis
- Annual budget preparation
**Experienced required -**
- Demonstratable people management experience within a payroll function
- A passion for payroll & benefits and the desire to grow within the reward function
- System savvy and able to coordinate across UK & Europe
- ADP experience is highly desirable
- CIPP qualification is desirable
