We are recruiting for a successful global business to join their team as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist. You will be processing and administrating payroll and serval benefit platforms. Amazing opportunity, and offering heaps of training and progression.They a seeking a solid payroller with benefit exposure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administration and checking of monthly payroll, including processing all payroll changes including back pay
- Coordination of full flex benefits portfolio using a third party.
- Pension administration including auto-enrolment pension scheme.
- PAYE & NI reconciliation.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement across the payroll and reward.
- Administering and processing statutory notifications & statutory payments.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Respond and resolve payroll and flex benefits queries.
- Coordinate the workflow between the internal HRIS, Payroll Provider and third-party providers.
- Continuous learning and sharing knowledge with the Reward team and HRBPs.
- Attend third party meetings when required.
- Regular review and update to payroll and benefits SOPs.
- Support with internal and external audits.
- Support with M&As and integrations.
- Support with ongoing system changes/upgrades and projects.
