**Task Description**:

- Assist the Business Development team with the production and management of bids.
- Manage Salesforce entries and submit weekly Salesforce reports.
- Interface with G3 Systems Ltd’s communications company
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn Profile
- Manage the company’s website sales enquiries
- Manage the company’s tender portals and subscriptions and maintain registers
- Respond to UK MoD / DSC and industrial surveys as required
- Manage and administer attendance at shows and exhibitions
- Interface with HR / Finance on travel and subsistence bookings
- Support to bid preparation, coordinating input, compiling and formatting bids; production of graphics; production of binders or upload to portals and shipping bids to tight deadlines
- Maintenance of Salesforce New Business tools and production of weekly Salesforce New Business reports
- Production of weekly Bid Submission reports and other weekly/monthly BD reports as required
- Attend and support weekly bid coordination meeting and other meetings as required
- Management, archiving and compilation of new business records in accordance with the Integrated Management System.
- Production of marketing and presentation media (presentations, graphics and marketing material, newsletters, social media infeed, displays for trade shows, etc)
- Assist in logistic and administrative preparations for trade shows and exhibitions
- Working with IAP to manage the G3 Systems website
- Liaison and coordination with IAP BD staff as required
- To provide day to day administrative support to the BD team and provide general administrative support to the company and other business areas as and when required.
- Supporting other Admin team members on a daily basis.
- Provide admin and diary management to the General Manager

**Qualifications Required**:

- 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Marketing support experience inc graphic design (desirable)
- Website content design/administration (desirable)

**Experience required**:

- Administration systems knowledge to a high level (information management, filing systems, electronic filing systems and online based)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and skills in:

- MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Graphic design (using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat)
- WordPress
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
