We are a leading IT Consultancy and have multiple household known clients that are based all over the UK, it is our job to support them and we need you now

**Location**

The post is based in Portland, Dorset.

**Job purpose**

**Principal duties and responsibilities**
- This position requires the ability to be highly organised, efficient, calm and resilient in your approach
- Taking minutes at meetings to then publish to the Management team.
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages as required.
- Assisting the Finance team with workloads.
- Preparing documentation as and when required and uploading into SharePoint.
- Monitoring and updating company documentation, ie policies, procedures etc.
- Point of assistance to the management team for any administrative tasks they may have.
- Meeting co-ordination.
- Diary Management.
- Arranging/booking travel/accommodation for Director.
- Welcoming and facilitating visitors.
- Sole responsibility for office stationary and monitoring usage.
- Must a previous administrative background, preferably Management/Director level
- Experience of Microsoft Office 365 (essential) and ideally SharePoint Online (desirable).
- Experience of Sage and Quickbooks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
