**About the Role**
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will use your extensive experience to support the group marketing department in the production of high-quality marketing campaigns and communications to promote services and recruitment across the group.
You will provide daily support to the marketing department and assist and co-ordinate the production of online and offline marketing materials.
In addition, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of successful internal and external events.
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing activities.
- Co-ordinate digital and print advertisement schedules.
- Support the production of seasonal newsletters/brochures.
- Assume a range of responsibilities for the coordination of marketing activities including day to day administration tasks. E.g. brochure fulfilment, obtaining quotations for print advertising and company signage.
- Work closely with the team and collaborate with the Senior Marketing Executives

In addition, you will have:
- The ability and flexibility to manage a varied and changing workload
- Experience of delivery of bespoke IT software solutions
- Experience in working in traditional and digital marketing channels.
