Rota Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- **Managing rotas**: Coordinating and allocating team members, and managing the team's rota
- **Monitoring staff availability**: Keeping track of staff availability and adjusting the rota to meet operational needs
- **Planning ahead**: Monitoring future rotas and planning ahead to reduce the number of vacant shifts
- **Resolving issues**: Identifying problems and providing solutions to rota issues
- **Liaising with teams**: Working with all teams to ensure vacancies are covered efficiently
- **Communication** with families regarding shift coverage and assisting with rota queries/problems.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a healthcare or office environment is preferred.
- Must have a degree
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Proficient in using office software and electronic health record systems.
- A compassionate approach towards patient care with a commitment to improving health outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while also being self-motivated.
This role is essential for fostering a supportive environment that prioritizes patient well-being while ensuring seamless coordination of care services.
Pay: £2,400.00 per month
