**What You’ll Do**:
As our Head of Talent, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce that will drive our mission forward. You will:

- **Strategically manage talent** across the spectrum, from recruitment and onboarding to career development and succession planning.
- **Champion our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion**, fostering an environment where every voice is valued.
- **Lead with agility**, integrating talent management with learning and development to enhance our team’s capabilities and performance.
- **Innovate and optimise our recruitment processes**, turning hiring into a cutting-edge, data-driven art.
- **Collaborate across functions** to align goals and strategies, ensuring that our people grow with us and contribute to helping everyone live longer and healthier lives.
- **Oversee the management of employee reward**, to ensure reward practices are fair, competitive, and aligned with our goals.
- **Support our early careers programme**, managing internships, apprenticeships, and graduate programmes, cultivating and nurturing emerging talent.
- **Play a critical role in organisational design and development**, conducting assessments and making recommendations for structure, process, and systems improvements.
- **Collaborate closely with People Partners and our L&D Partner on skills mapping and career development** to support the growth of our people, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

An inspirational leader with a knack for strategic talent management and a passion for people development. You have:

- Experience in leading talent acquisition and learning functions.
- A deep understanding of organisational design and employee engagement strategies.
- A proactive stance on integrating innovative learning and hiring practices.
- A background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces that reflect our mission**.**
