HEAD OF TALENT - PERMANENT - UP TO £85k + 10-20% BONUS - NORTHAMPTON - ONSITE Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a long-standing client who are looking for a permanent Head of Talent to join their team offering up to £85k + 10-20% bonus You will take the lead in building a powerful, in-house recruitment engine and act as a strategic partner across the business. You'll drive top-tier hiring and influence their talent strategy at every stage as they continue to grow at pace. Responsibilities: Effectively managing the recruitment cycle for vacancies across the business. Directly sourcing candidates for a range of positions, from executive level hires to junior graduate trainees. Lead the existing Graduate Recruitment programme. Liaising with senior stakeholders in the business to identify recruitment needs and support throughout each stage of the process. Building effective relationships with recruitment agencies to assist with the identification of suitable candidates for roles. Confidence and ability to effectively negotiate payment terms and rebate terms with external recruitment agencies. Interviewing and communicating with candidates, as well drafting job descriptions and other media to support recruitment efforts. Utilising recruitment software and digital solutions to drive efficiency and processes. Consistently driving talent attraction via Social Media platforms, Job Boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Hiring in high-volume/peak periods whilst supporting the Leadership Team in the delivery of exceptional talent into the business. Organising and attending regional recruitment events to assist with recruitment, and travel as required to various locations in the UK for recruitment events and assessment days etc. Working with the Leadership Team and COO to support with business change projects. Requirements: 5+ years' experience leading an in-house function or managing an agency office. Helpful, but not a requirement, would be a sound understanding of a sales or finance environment. Strong working knowledge of UK, and ROI right to work legislation. Demonstrated ability to show accuracy and exemplary attention to detail. Experience of working with data systems or ATS systems.
