**Salary**: £35,000 to £42,000 + £30,000 OTE

**What you'll do at Tes**:
You will be part of the UK sales team and have a defined set of school Accounts to manage and grow. You will achieve this by working with your customers to understand their needs, ensure they are getting value from any existing subscriptions, retaining these and upselling where possible/appropriate, and cross-selling in other Tes software solutions.

As part of a Senior Accounts Executive team, which is one sales team within a broader UK sales structure, you will be expected to achieve ambitious revenue targets set by the business. You will be expected to build and maintain a high level of product knowledge across the entire Tes product portfolio and be able to demonstrate these products at an expert level.

You will need to have experience of selling either software or education solutions, be self-motivated, target driven, comfortable operating flexibly in a fast-paced environment, be able to respond to internal and external change dynamics and have a great understanding of sales methodology and process.

Some travel will be required to be successful in this role, but it is envisaged that the majority can be done virtually.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurate opportunity and account plan forecasting
- Manage, update and maintain the CRM at all times
- Build and maintain an expert level of product knowledge
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, annual revenue targets and other critical success metrics
- Retain & grow the revenue base across the entire software portfolio within your set of accounts via retention, upsell and cross sell.
- Build and leverage a strong network of commercial relationships across your set of accounts and communicate customer feedback to relevant departments within Tes
**To succeed you will**:

- Have significant evidence of success within a software or educations sales environment.
- Be able to absorb new information with ease and speed - swift to spot inter-dependencies and contradictory information
- Be able to Anticipate changes in customers’ current and future requirements and recommends appropriate responses to meet needs
- Take a win-win approach in negotiations to build positive, long-term relationships
- Be skilled at understanding the motivation of others, predicting their reactions and demonstrating a range of personal influencing styles
- Have a drive for results
**Key skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to expertly demonstrate a range of software solutions to your customers
- Highly resilient under significant levels of pressure, encouraging others to deal positively with challenges
- Relationship Building - Significant experience of building maintaining and leveraging a network of commercial relationships across a range of senior stakeholders. You can hold credible conversations at the highest level within your accounts
