**Governance Facilitator**

**Salary**:Up to £35k pa (Depending on experience)

**Hours per week**:37.5 hours

**Contract**:Permanent, full-time

**Location**:London/ Remote working

**Role Summary**:
The post holder will be working collaboratively with, and in support of, the Regulatory, Accreditation and Sustainability (RAS) team to support oversight and assurance of multifaceted regulatory and accreditation workstreams.

**Duties include**:

- To ensure that effective systems and processes are in place and maintaining oversight of tracking compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and governance and assurance processes.
- To provide administrative, coordination and delivery support to all workstreams within the RAS Team
- To support the RAS team with the collection, analysis and collating of data and asset the RAS team in interrogating and analysing data, preparing and collating reports as required
- Support data collection processes and ensure that data is collated for required deadlines and facilitate the submission of any statutory returns to relevant external agencies including accreditation bodies (e.g. ISO, HTA)
- To compile monthly/quarterly assurance reports that track the Regulatory Assurance Framework and accreditations programme.

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in collating and interpreting data and utilising databases
- Experience of implementing and maintaining system and processes (computerised and paper record filing systems)
- Experience of project coordination and administration support
- Methodical, logical and highly organised in approach to work
- Ability to organise and prioritise work assignments and manage varied workload appropriately, including being able to work to tight deadlines and the ability to work to changing timescales
- Ability to collate and review datasets and appraise facts and information accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with good communication skills.
