Your Legal Secretaries has partnered with one of Northern Ireland's largest law firms to recruit a junior legal secretary.

**About You**
- You will be a junior legal secretary who is in the early stages of their career and who is keen to join a long established firm who place an emphasis on providing a positive working environment for their staff.
- You will have some experience of audio typing and typing up dictations, with a high degree of accuracy.
- You will have worked in a similar legal role for at least one year.
- You will be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- You will have the ability to work on your own initiative but also as part of a team.
- You will have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and using PDFs.

**Responsibilities**
- Scanning and printing of documents, e-filing and updating fee earner files.
- Opening and closing files.
- Manual and electronic filing.
- Transcribing from digital dictation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
