Pitch is working in partnership with The Marketing Pod, an exceptionally talented and truly brilliant marketing agency who’re looking for a new Digital Studio & Resource Co-ordinator to join their expanding team.

As their fantastic new Digital Studio & Resource Co-ordinator you’ll:
Be supporting Pod’s digital team, planning and managing resource across a range of digital specialisms - PPC, SEO, data and web.

Book out resource across the teams and manage the traffic of incoming briefs, reprioritising and juggling resource where needed.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that briefs are clear and work is planned effectively, including holding weekly one to ones.

Schedule resource effectively, understanding the best person to deliver.

Be problem solving - understanding priorities, reorganising and proactively resolving planning conflicts.

**The Marketing Pod are looking for someone who**:
Has a strong digital background aswell as experience in traffic or resource management within an agency environment. You could be an established Traffic/Resource Studio Manager or an Account or Project Manager that has been hands on with getting work through a studio team.

Is exceptionally well organised (and loves organising others), a great team player with a solutions focused approach.

The Marketing Pod offer all their employees true flexibility over their working week, you could be remote, or like most people go in a couple of times a month, but it’s entirely down to you
