Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Project Administator. As a Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects.

**Duties**:

- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate project schedules and deadlines
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents and reports
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Assist with project budgeting and expense tracking
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
