**HR Recruitment and Onboarding Officer** **Full Time - Permanent Contract** **Salary - Competitive and negotiable depending on experience** **Staffordshire** **The role**: Our client is looking for a strong, driven HR Recruitment Officer, who has experience working in a fast paced environment, who can handle all recruitment and onboarding for the multi-campus college group. The role will be based at one particular campus, however you may be expected to travel to other campus' on occasion. **Our Client**: Our client is rated "GOOD" by OFSTED, and they are pushing for Outstanding. The College has around 7000 students across multiple campuses. The college is bursting with character and encourages growth in all of its learners and staff. All round great work culture and a drive to get the best out of all, staff and learners alike. **What you need**: - CIPD Level 5 or willingness to work towards - Experience working in a fast paced environment - Good experience in end to end recruitment, including onboarding and ensuring all vetting and compliance is satisfactory - Apple to handle multiple recruitment needs at once, whilst communicating to managers within different departments - Experience working in the public sector, particularly education would be an advantage **Important Notice** Dovetail and Slate is a market leading education recruitment company.
