As a HR Business Partner at JCB, you’ll deliver strategic and operational HR across a complex, fast‑paced environment. You’ll partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals and role‑model our LEAD@JCB behaviours (Leadership, Excellence, Agility, Determination).
Lead and coach a small HR team (HR Advisors): set priorities, elevate case quality, build capability and drive consistency.
influence decisions with clear people, risk and cost views.
Organisation effectiveness: design and embed organisation design, talent, succession and performance frameworks.
Data‑led decisions: translate HR data and insight into actions that improve performance, safety, wellbeing and retention.
Leadership development & change: plan and deliver programmes and change management that stick.
One HR voice: connect business needs with the wider HR function to shape practical policies and people practices.
You have proven HRBP experience in a large, fast‑paced setting, including line‑management of HR practitioners.
You bring depth in ER, OD and performance; You have a track record in org design, succession and talent; You're commercial, data‑savvy and hands‑on—able to move from boardroom strategy to on‑site execution.
