**HR Manager/Payroll** | **Staffordshire** | **£40,000-£45,000** | Permanent
Cherry Professional are working in partnership with a well-known organisation in feed block **manufactruing** business in the UK, who are looking to recruit a **HR Manager/Payroll **to join their dynamic & friendly teams. There trusted by producers throughtout the industry in the UK and Ireland and worldwide to maximise performance.
Main responsibilities:
All**employment matters** for the **Burton** and **Lichfield** sites
Advising managers on employment matters
Dealing with any employment queries from 140 employees, based at Burton, Lichfield and Staffordshire
Recruitment
Two monthly **payrolls** and associated labour costing and journals
Control of clocking, invoices and labour costing for seasonal agency staff
Controlling annualised hours for approximately 60 employees
Update handbooks
Introduce new policies and procedures as necessary
Maintain personnel records
Maintain and advise on time recording/holiday system
Disciplinary matters (meetings, warnings, dismissals)
Introduce and control appraisal procedure
Employee welfare including workwear and vending
Redundancies
Pension joiners including auto-enrolment
Maternity/paternity leave
Maintain organisational charts
Manage the company cleaning services
Ideal Person:
Experience in **HR Management**
**CIPD** Level 4 desired but not essential
Experience in **Payroll**
Approachable and Engaging individual
