**Your new role & team**

We’re looking for a Customer Support intern to join our rapidly-growing team (6months contract). Vinterior is a startup that’s giving vintage a voice. In a world of mass-produced furniture, our vintage marketplace champions independent sellers across Europe and helps the world shop more sustainably.

You will be part of the Customer Experience team. Your two main focus areas will be providing excellent support to internal and external users and fast and effective management of given tasks.
**What you will be doing**:

- Review and respond to our users on social channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Review and respond to customer reviews.
- Provide outstanding customer support to buyers and sellers.
- Collaborate with the team on department projects.
- Data analysis to improve customer experience and processes in the team.
- Other projects to support and improve customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about providing an excellent experience for clients.
- Great listener and a solution provider.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Thrive under pressure.
- General G suite experience (Gmail, docs, sheets) and ability to quickly pick up new software.
- Previous experience in customer care.
- An interest in vintage and antique furniture is a plus.
