**ABOUT US**
Communisis is in the business of marketing services. We optimise marketing activities by adding value to customer and prospect communications, online and offline. We work with our customers on the planning, creation and delivery of their marketing communications.

**THE ROLE**
This is a key role within a fast-paced marketing solutions department. This is a home based role but there may be some meetings that need to be attended in our Leeds office.

This is an opportunity for an aspiring person with a few years’ experience, or a graduate with hands on data experience, to join an exciting team that is at the forefront of our client data intelligence.

You will be responsible for owning and supporting data intelligence operations and solutions on behalf of several clients.

The role will involve accessing and processing client’s data to support campaigns. You will also provide support with inhouse processes. Ensuring we’re delivering effectively and efficiently, in line with both the client briefs and our service level agreements.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Access customer data from internal and external SFTP sites
- To generate reports including data health checks and suppression reports.
- Assist client services and developers with queries they might have with the data.
- Reformat customer data to fit the Data and customer requirements
- Support wider department solutions and improve usability of BAU jobs.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly jobs, build reports and data audits along with some basic ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Carry out general data management and data manipulation functions to ensure accurate processing.
- Perform data appends.
- Provide advice and assistance to client’s services, as applicable, on data processing methodology
- Upon client approval of work ensure data files are sent in accordance with schedules.
- Work with the Head of department to support the delivery of marketing solutions.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
Ideally you will have
- Knowledge around data structures and concepts
- An understanding of logical data manipulation processes and tools along with knowledge of MS tools
- Some knowledge of campaign management and direct marketing principles would be great.
- Experience working in a similar data processing environment would be advantageous
