**Summary of the Role**:
The Cricket Operations Executive will oversee and manage all cricket operations across both Men’s and Women’s teams. The role includes logístical planning, regulatory compliance, player contracts, matchday coordination, and close collaboration with the ECB. It ensures smooth operations at all levels of cricket, including professional squads, talent pathways, and academies.

**Principle Responsibilities**:
**Cricket Operations**
- Manage and oversee the Cricket Operations Budget
- Track trialist fees and expenses.
- Manage meal allowances for both 1st and 2nd teams.
- Procure cricket consumables such as balls and coaching equipment.
- Coordinate F&B for external cricket matches.
- Ensure compliance with ECB regulations for both professional Men’s and Tier 2 Women’s teams.
- Oversee all fixture arrangements, including hotel bookings, transportation, and venue allocations for Men’s 1st and 2nd teams, and Women’s Tier 2 team.
- Handle visa processes for overseas players, including Global Business Endorsements (GBEs), Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), and travel arrangements.
- Manage accommodation needs for players and staff, including club flats and temporary housing.
- Lead pre-season planning, including PCA requirements, scheduling player development sessions, rookie camps, and operational logistics.

**Matchday Operations**
- Serve as the Match Manager for all home domestic men’s matches, managing scoreboard operations, dressing rooms, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) regulations.
- Liaise with match officials, referees, and umpires before and during games.
- Organise catering for all 1st XI and 2nd XI fixtures in coordination with external partners.
- Coordinate media day logistics and handle ad-hoc media requests.
- Act as the primary contact for touring teams, ensuring all facilities and catering are arranged for their matches and training sessions.
- Manage live match streaming setups and operations.
- Oversee operations for away matches, including dietary requirements, parking, and transport arrangements for players and staff.

**Administrative Duties**
- Manage player signings, including handling registration forms, contracts, ECB agent transaction forms, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
- Administer performance staff contracts and appraisals.
- Coordinate updates to player health insurance with the ECB.
- Oversee fleet management for coaching staff and overseas players, including vehicle insurance.
- Maintain WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) Whereabouts records for players, ensuring timely reporting of training, matches, and hotel stays.
- Ensure anti-corruption compliance by liaising with relevant officers and managing ECB policies.

**Pathway Cricket Operations**
- Oversee the boys' and girls' pathway operations, including academy and Elite Player Programme (EPP) activities.
- Coordinate second-team fixtures and Academy matches, collaborating with coaches and venue managers.
- Manage player development compensation packages and registrations for new signings.
- Serve as main contact for the PCA for rookie camps and player education sessions.

**Facilities and Logistics Management**
- Conduct risk assessments for all venues used for matches, training, and travel.
- Oversee the scheduling and logistics for facility usage, including the sports hall and external bookings at Canterbury.
- Manage relationships with external partners for complimentary ticket allocations for players and staff.
- Serve as the point of contact for TV broadcast coordination and media requests during Sky Sports home matches.
