With major developments across our cricket portfolio, we are expanding our team and seeking an ambitious Cricket Sales Executive to help drive our growing presence in this prestigious sporting sector.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for passionate, commercially minded Sales Executives bursting with ideas and energy. If you're driven, confident, and thrive under pressure, this role is for you. A resourceful and organised approach, coupled with exceptional communication skills, is essential.

As a 
Cricket Sales Executive
, you will play a key role in selling premium hospitality and experience packages across some of the biggest domestic and international cricket events—including Test matches, The Hundred, World Cups, and fixtures at world-renowned venues such as Old Trafford, Lord's, The Oval, and Edgbaston.

Reporting into the Head of Cricket Sales, you will focus on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and supporting ENGAGE's mission to deliver industry-leading cricket hospitality through our ICON by Engage offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell cricket hospitality and experience packages to corporate and high-value clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, clubs, and event partners.
• Prospect, pitch, and convert new leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with the Head of Cricket Sales and the marketing team to support targeted campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Stay up to date with cricket event schedules, hospitality trends, and competitor activity.
• Represent ENGAGE professionally at events, meetings, and client showcases.

Experience & Qualifications

• Sales experience
  , ideally in sports, events, hospitality, or B2B environments.
• A proven ability to deliver against sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for cricket and an understanding of the sport's appeal.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to develop within a fast-growing team.
