**Job Overview**
We are a small but highly successful company and have been trading since 1992, initially in mobile communications, and more recently in the utilities industry.

Ability to use Microsoft Excel and its full functionality is crucial to the role.

Also expect to be able to work alone in the office / store and serve customers.

**Duties**
- Manage and maintain office schedules.
- Serve customers in store, on the telephone and online.
- Manage business customer accounts.
- Liaise, prepare and execute documents to customers.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in various databases.
- Provide support with general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to facilitate effective communication.
- General housekeeping of the shop and office.

**Qualifications**
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Espcially Excel and Word) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
