We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Finance Administrator**to join our finance team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations.

This role will be working 3 days per week from our Spennymoor (Co Durham) site with option to work 2 days from home.

**Your role will involve**:

- Set up and process new contracts within the finance system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and customer agreements
- Manage and update contract details, including changes in services & prices, and ensure all updates are accurately reflected in the finance system
- Own and maintain the case management system and shared mailboxes
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure contract details align with company offerings and client requirements
- Monitor and ensure contracts are set up in line with pricing strategies, including any inflation increases
- Partake in cash allocations onto finance system
- Undertaking other accounts receivable duties as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including good Excel skills
