**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Have expierence of managing a letting's portfolio of 60 + properties
- Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Provide administrative support including preparing contracts, agreements, and marketing materials.
- Stay updated on market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless process from listing to completion.

**Experience**
- Proven administrative experience is essential for managing documentation effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills are required to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enabling you to cater to a diverse clientele.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
