The luxury, award-winning five star hotel in Ayrshire, Scotland, provides an intimate level of service with genuine attention to detail. It has great beauty in its period furnishings and interiors as well as through the breathtaking gardens, forest, and the seascapes that surround that castle.

**Job Summary**:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator and is a varied and an exciting new position,
reporting to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities:

- Working with Key partners ensuring Glenapp Castle is represented correctly on all key partner sites
- Administration of the Gift Vouchers website
- Monthly reporting on sales each month to present to the Board
- Managing the photos on Dropbox
- Managing the Sales, Events & Res Diary
- Daily Social Media presence
- All areas of the website is kept updated
- Administration daily tasks
- Overall support with preparations for sales trips and marketing activities.
- Competitors checks

- High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- Planning, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Excellent organisational and administration skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
