Office Administrator/receptionist

Bruach Property are looking to recruit a positive minded and personable with some experience in the Property business to work closely with our Sales Director. The successful applicant will be part of a close knit, busy and friendly group of hard working people and who can work comfortably on both an individual and team basis.

Your duties will include:

- Providing a friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to vendors and buyers
- Arranging viewings, sending out information and providing further details on properties available
- Co-ordinating distribution of new property particulars and information to clients
- Co-ordinating viewings and carrying out viewings
- Communicating effectively with clients providing updates and building good relationships
- Liaising with property professionals - surveyors, solicitors and mortgage advisors
- All connected administration
- Working as a team player - assisting with marketing properties, promoting company services and meeting objectives set by management.

**Job Type**: Part Time

The Salary package is flexible dependent on the applicant’s experience.

Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £10,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
